Q.How long does it take to get the website up and running?
A.Typically, once design is selected and content is provided, Agent site can be created within 3-5 days.
Typical Office Site takes about 5-7 days. Actual time for website deployment will depend on the complexity of the design and features selected.
Q.Can a website display text in the language other than English?
A. Yes. A content of the pages provided by you can be in any language.
The content of IDX Search pages - criteria and search results - are governed by your local MLS and are provided in English.
Q.How will I get access to the leads generated on the website?
A. You will receive notifications about any inquiry that happened on your site via email.
Email message sent to you will have customer's name in the Subject line, so you can easily
categorize inquiries right in your email client.
Q.I've seen other IDX solutions offering a portal for agents to manage their leads. Do you offer that?
A. Not currently, but we might provide that in the future.
Typically, MLS search site attracts a lot of fake leads. Web users providing fake email address and names make your job managing leads harder and require constant maintenance.
We might offer secure portal in the future, when we add features for user access control and customer list management.
Q.Your solution does not require users to register. Is that legal?
A. Yes, it is legal. We do require users to submit their name and email address
when they inquire about the property or would like to schedule a showing. This
meets minimum registration requirements of MLS.
Not requiring your users login makes your site user friendly, minimizes fake registrations,
and provides you with valid, "warm" leads.
Q.I work primarily with buyers and do not have much. What options do I have for My Listings Page?
A. You can opt out of displaying My Listings page altogether. Or, with permission of your broker,
you can advertise listings of your Office.
Q.What MLS Boards do you cover?
A. Right now we are offering IDX MLS Search for MRED (Former MLSNI). We are currently in the process of working with other boards nationwide
to obtain their IDX feeds. Please let us know in which board you are interested and we can expedite the process with them.
